This page is a collections of various things I’ve written over the years and would like to be available publicly. This is not a list of my academic publications, you can find that on my university profile page.
Academia
- Frictionless Money – Towards a Unified Digital Currency
My master thesis dealt with the conception and simulation of a global, unified digital currency. The currency was based on concepts derived from real world currencies, local exchange trading systems, point reward systems, and game currencies. - Virtual Economies – Control and Development of Markets in Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Games
In my bachelor thesis I compared the markets in three different online role-playing games to each other as well as to real-world markets, determining where differences lie and which methods are best for game developers to control their virtual economies.
